ABZ Interns Play Communications Games and Exercises

ABZ it is not just an organisation but it is also a caring family.  On the 18^th of March 2013 public Relations interns together with their mentor Tebogo, spent the day at the roof top of Buxton building playing communication games and completing exercises. The main aim of the team building was to help the interns of ABZ to know each other better, and to work together as a team without any one pulling back. Most importantly, the aim of the team building was to aid intern know more about the organisation.  Tebogo said ‘’I want you guys to think out of the box without limiting yourself”. By saying this Tebogo wanted the group to think without limits and to have the positive attitude that we all can do it. 

The team building games and exercises was a success, because the results were positive after.  Interns started to have energy and now they know and understand the organisation better. They now know the visions, missions and values of ABZ and what it is expected from them as interns. The skills and training division does not only train students to apply the theory that they have been taught in class only, but to also teach them to think out of the box. That is the reason ABZ is mining the best in people.

The public relations interns from different intitutions have been hired by ABZ skills and training company to develop their skills and prepare for work environment, by applying the theory that they have been taught in class . They are all excited about the experience  to get here at ABZ.

One of the student said “I can’t wait for the opportunity to lead a project, because I know... I am a leader”. They are all passionate about going out there and being what they want to be. One of the key points that is emphasised at ABZ is to be innovative and bringing solution to the business.



The ABZ Company is proud to have hired such enthusiasm individuals, who are eager to find as much experience as they can get. The experience that this intern will get will use in the future.

ABZ previously known as ABZ foundation, It has now come with a new name 'ABZ holdings' to generate remuneration. Client pay according to the services they get from ABZ.

 

This organization has been started on the 01st of June 2012 by Bongani Zwane and partners, because they saw the gap between students and the working class. He(Bongani Zwane) is now the CEO of this company and still wants to make a huge difference in changing student lives and making them better people.

The service they providing  within this company are as follows;

• IT,
• Entrepreneurship,
• Environmental Health,
• Mechanical Engineering
• Town planning.
