Why do we celebrate women month? This is a question that strikes every male when they hear about women's month, because there is no Men's month. Please excuse us guys we want to express ourselves in a feminine way.
Enough about boosting. This is a month where every woman is to be seen in a different light. Is actually a reminder for the gentle mans next door, about how to treat a women as a colleague. First things first women are important people who bring life to all of us. Man have to acknowledge that women are different creatures who are more sensitive and vulnerable.

Here are tips on how man can treat women in a working environment.
- Treat all women fairly at work.
- Respect and support human rights and nondiscrimination
- Women need to be given an opportunity to be independent and air their view.
- Lastly as a responsible men you need to listen and learn from women at your workplace.
Till then, we all know that women are cute, so they need that tender care.
